The selected candidate will serve as one of the two law clerks assisting a judge in the analysis of cases and motions and the drafting of orders.

Graduation from an accredited law school with excellent academic standing; law review, 杂志, or significant law school 写作 and editing experience preferred.

DC Staff Attorney/Law Clerk $5,492.00月.

DC Senior Staff Attorney/Senior Law Clerk $6,228.00月 requires at least 2 years of experience in the practice of law, subsequent to membership in The Florida Bar.

DC Career Attorney $7,005.00月 requires at least 5 years of experience in the practice of law, subsequent to membership in The Florida Bar.

The position requires an attorney who has excellent research, 写作, and editing skills who will prepare in-depth analyses on a variety of legal issues.

Must be able to present ideas orally and in 写作 to the judges of the court.

Time man年龄ment skills and the ability to work effectively with others are crucial.

All attorneys at the court must maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle matters honestly and impartially.

The court's interim headquarters is in downtown Tampa, pending the completion of a new courthouse in downtown Saint Petersburg in 2025.
